Our approach to training design

01
Understanding workplace needs

We begin by understanding common workplace challenges faced by early-career youths and the contexts they operate in.

02
Applying theory to practice

Relevant learning and behavioural theories are translated into clear frameworks, activities, and guided discussions.

03
Facilitated learning sessions

Trainings are facilitated in a supportive environment that encourages participation, reflection, and confidence-building.
